Work Experience JME Data

This is a computer store where I have been working part time since november 2006. I also worked full time at the headquarters of JME during the summer of 2007.

I have mainly been a sales clerk during my free time such as weekends. This has been a good experience for me working with customers and finding optimal solutions for them when buying a new computer or computer parts. I have also helped with complaints and customer support. It is an exciting job with new challenges every day and keeping customers happy.

During the summer of 2007 I worked at the headquarters doing various tasks. I worked for a week with the customer service departement taking care of customers complaints and various other issues. Then I worked with our purchasers deciding what goods to buy and at what price and when they should be delivered. This was very exciting because it gave me more insight into how the retailing business works and it gave me hands-on-experience.

I am still working at JME Data on weekends and whenever there is the time in my schedule.
