User Support and training

- Dealing with user support for a global project
- Held in training seminars with up to 30 participants around Europe
- Active problem solving with users
- Moved between tasks and always had new things to take care of
- Promoting the project to new users in order to get them on board

Sales and back office

- Helped customers find the right product
- Computer store customer assistant
- Coordinating purchase and deliveries of products
- Customer support with internet purchases
- Attended meetings with big suppliers and contract negotiations

Project Manager eee2008

- Responsible for the career fair eee2008 at Lund University
- Coordinating 65 companies and 4500 students
- Leader of a 14 person committee assigned to the fair
- The fair is a two day happening with parties in the evenings
- Economic and social responsibility
